The premiere for Thespians Anonymous’spring production, Iliad, Odyssey and All of Greek Mythology – In 99 Minutes or Less! is only one day away! So, in order to whet your appetites, let’s do a little recap of how everything went down…
So, in the beginning, there were the gods.
Their king was Zeus, whose brothers were Poseidon and Hades.
Then there were others, such as the lovely Aphrodite and the peculiar, but sympathetic, Hephaestus...
...and the twins Apollo and Artemis.
Then there was this whole thing with Demeter and Persephone and Hades. It's pretty complicated, so you'll just have to come check it out for yourself.
Okay, then there was this thing with someone named Pandora and a box...how did that one go again?
Then there was a great wedding with golden apples that started a whole lot of trouble...
...resulting in some dudes named Hector and Achilles duking it out on the battlefield.
It all ends with the Odyssey, where everyone gets a happy ending! Well...almost, anyway.
